Biography
Etienne Cail (b.1991, France) decided to become a painter in the Atelier de Sèvres. After depicting his studio from all possible angles, Etienne Cail started to paint his "heads", portraits of some kind of opponents that he defies with rough strokes of his brush.
After a long stay in China, he diverted the classic paintings of his masters, his illustrious predecessors, such as Delacroix or Manet, where he replaced the faces of origin with Chinese faces.
Etienne Cail’s works have been shown in galleries across Europe.
