3 of our local artists Khairulddin Wahab (b.1990, Singapore), Marla Bendini (b.1986, Singapore) and Shen Jiaqi (b. 1989, Singapore) participated alongside other artists including painter Boo Sze Yang and sculptor Han Sai Por for an art exhibition organised by charity The Red Pencil, which aims to help those who have been through traumatic life circumstances.
The exhibition was held at art salon The Culture Story, as part of an effort to raise funds for creative arts therapy programmes to help the vulnerable access the healing power of art without worrying about financial constraints.
Other artists exhibited include Yoko Choi, Dawn Ng, Milenko Prvacki and Yeo Tze Yang.
