Cuturi Gallery’s first exhibition of the year, Night Call by local artist Casey Tan, masterfully intertwines elements of fantasy and reality. The focus of the exhibition revolves around individual characters, deviating from the artist's typical depiction of multiple characters in his paintings. His playful reinterpretation of classic narratives, like the iconic Adam and Eve story in the painting Familiar Scent, injects a modern and whimsical angle, making the art both accessible and thought provoking at the same time.
